Group personal Personal Training Sessions £30 each (3- 4 people for 1 hour)
All can be offered at your home, park, studio or via Zoom
Training programs can be purchased if you are unable to schedule in personal training sessions. I would recommend a certain number of one-to-one personal training sessions for success in achieving your goals.
A block of 6 sessions to be booked by each client (to be used within 8 weeks of purchase)
